happy orange cupcake to me!

A vanilla-orange cupcake.  This was the first time I split open and scraped a vanilla bean, and boy was that fragrantly-yum!  And, since its only a few weeks until my one year blog anniversary, I will blow out the imaginary candle and say, "to another year!"

I LOVE cupcakes and that one looks delicious! Although I have to admit, I have never eaten a raw vanilla bean before. Oh! And congrats on your almost-one-year blogiversary! :)
